This new product is designed for all of our customers who have been requesting Chicago screws smaller than 1/8 in. To accomodate our standard 8/32 threading, this zero-clearance chicago screw has the following specifications:

Post Head Diameter: 0.388 in.
Post Head Thickness: 0.073 in.
Screw Head diameter: 0.4 in.
